The owner of this stunning Porsche Taycan Turbo wanted to bring back presence and character to his electric vehicle, without compromising its design or performance.

Our Thor Tuning Belgium team carried out a custom installation of the Thor system with a Level 4 + Echo kit, consisting of two Thunder speakers combined with the Thor Echo, for a result that is powerful, realistic, and 100% reversible.

We installed the Level 4 with its 2 Thor speakers at the rear of the vehicle, positioned on each side to ensure optimal sound diffusion while preserving the original aesthetics.

The Thor Echo was installed centrally to provide a deep, natural sound, perfectly synchronized with the Taycan’s acceleration.

The client wanted to rediscover the sensations of a combustion engine, while still keeping the comfort and silence of an electric vehicle whenever desired.

Thanks to Thor, he can now activate or deactivate the sound at will, and choose from more than 25 different sound profiles, all fully customizable.

The sound result is impressive: deep, dynamic, and above all perfectly matched to the Taycan’s character.

The installation remains fully reversible, with no permanent modifications to the vehicle. A premium solution for enthusiasts who want a sound that lives up to their electric car.

The Thor system is compatible with the vast majority of vehicles produced after 2005, provided they are equipped with a CAN Bus network and have enough space underneath the vehicle to install the speakers. This includes most modern electric and hybrid cars. For every project, we check the model's compatibility before installation to guarantee perfect operation of the system (sound synchronization with acceleration, deceleration, and simulated engine speed).

Yes, the Thor system is legal as long as it is used in compliance with local noise and road safety regulations. Like any sound device, it must be used responsibly: for example, avoiding excessive volumes in residential areas or during the roadworthiness inspection. We always inform our customers about best practices for use, so they can enjoy the Thor sound while staying within the law.

The THOR Echo is an additional speaker that complements the THOR system. It is added alongside one or two THOR speakers already installed and allows you to increase the sound level, the depth of the bass, and the effects (such as "gunshots" or pops) for an even more immersive result.
